Legal Basis and Purposes of Processing
We process your personal data
- in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR to fulfill our contractual obligations within the framework of our business relationship,
- in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR to fulfill our legal obligations,
- in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR to protect legitimate interests, such as asserting or defending legal claims and safeguarding our business transactions,
- in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR based on your consent, provided that you have voluntarily provided us with data that goes beyond what is contractually or legally required. You may withdraw this consent at any time if you no longer consent to the further processing of this data.
Categories of Data Processed
We process the personal data that we receive or collect in the course of our business relationship. This includes
- general company information (name, address, VAT number, etc.)
- contact information for points of contact (name, title, phone number, email, fax, etc.)

- Creditworthiness data and terms and conditions
- Information regarding the processing of the payment transaction (account details, etc.)
- Access data related to the business process
Recipients of Personal Data
Within our organization and the Group, your data is processed exclusively by those employees who need it to fulfill contractual or legal obligations and to safeguard our legitimate interests. Third parties we engage—such as IT service providers and contractual partners—receive only the data they need to perform the agreed-upon tasks. They are contractually obligated to process your data only in accordance with our instructions and directives.
In the event of legal disputes or payment issues, the data may also be shared with attorneys, collection agencies, and similar entities.
Government agencies, public authorities, and institutions—such as tax and administrative authorities—receive the data that we are legally required to disclose. In all cases, we ensure the confidentiality of your personal data and process it only when there is a valid legal basis for doing so.
Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored—to the extent necessary—for the duration of the contractual relationship and in accordance with statutory retention and documentation requirements.
